If you want a good price and are willing to pick up the unit at efm, or pay to have it shipped to you, and install it yourself, call them for a price. I was left on my own when I bought my Harman.

That would be up to the dealer. Ask before you buy.

A full service dealer would/should be responsive to technical problems, because he probably installed it or further questions that you might have about its operation. Those would be two possible reasons for marking up the price.
