Hello All, I need some help with some math problem's. 1. A relay has a coil resistance of 100 oham and it's coil is rated at 0.2 A. What is the voltage rating of this relay? 2. A relay has a coil resistance of 12 oham and it's coil is rated at 3.6 volt How much current must be supplied to operate the relay? 3. A relay coil is rated at 12 volt and 0.12 amp What is the resitance of the relay coil?

Voltage = Current * Resistance

voltage = 100 * .2

Voltage = 20 volts

use the equation to figure the rest.

Voltage / Resistance = Current (Amps.)

Ditto to the replies above. Also:

R= E/I
I=E/R
E=IxR

That's my extent of electro knowledge
