Need Help Wiring Circulator on AHS S-260

Beatle, are you telling us you have some pex that just saw 260+/- and is still all soft and floppy?..or is that another more personal issue? :oops: ;) :D

I have a test piece of 1" pex that was given to me by the Vanguard distributer that has a documented failure at 183 psi and 324 degrees.

I don't know how long it was at 324, or how the pressure was applied, but it was in a lab, and the blowout looks scary enough to get your attention. I keep the piece in the truck, just to remind myself about what could happen. :what:

I got a steam burn once 10 years ago, from a failed pressure washer hose, and I'm not going there ever again! For those who don't think skin melts....some of us have scars to prove otherwise.
Beatle's post really got my attention, and he needs to make sure that doesn't happen again. If you do have pex that saw those temps, I'd be thinking about an alternative.....soon.
