I have a koker with a 1530 cfm convection blower on it. I notice that since I have been pushing more coal my convection fan may run for 45 minutes straight. Are these fans designed to run that long or only in short spurts? Thanks!

If it has Oil Tube/holes for lubrication to the bearings, just make you give it some every so often. Many of the larger blowers have sealed bearings. Is the motor mounted in the center of the housing or belt driven? Usually the ones mounted in the center keep cooler from the air flowing over them.

Probably sealed, it will probably run fine.

Make sure the cupped vanes on the blower are clean. They can fill with dust, ash, etc. and reuce the airflow significantly, as much as 75%.

That should be part of the normal cleaning routine and/or end of season maintenance.
