So does htis mean I can quit my job, go to Cali and sell "medical marijuana" to sick people without fear of state or federal officiers throwing me in jail?

I know of people in CA with medical marijuana cards, so its pretty much legal for them out there. They smoke constantly before and after whatever laws are made.
