That Kid is nailed it, no butterflies that I could detect. He actually speaks better than Dear Leader and he needs no nuanced and false accents. Pretty darn amazing for a 13 year old.

Amazing that Democrats are still worried about Republicans! Democrats need to focus on leading, rather than hating. I hope they can do it.

Not in our lifetime, or our kids and to be honest they don't have to. Never in our history has a party or President moved so swiftly to consolidate power and change the foundation of our country. Actually, not since Nixon has an enemies list been drawn up, yet Politico.com reported that Rush is a target of the Whitehouse and has been since late 2008( scary...no?)
I thought Dear Leader was going to change the way things were done in Washington, not revert to personally destroying private citizens who are outspoken critics. Alas comrades, tow the line or suffer the wrath of Dear Leader.

Another way to look at Rush is that he is an outsider with conservative republicans because of his problems. He should become a democrat, they would welcome him right in with his drug record.

The stimulus is a hot " patata", but let us not forget why the stimulus even exists. And please, do not assume that every
one that disagrees with the rabid right is a Liberal Democrat. The country is much bigger than any 1 or 2 labels. The middle
is by far the largest "political" body, dwarfing both conservative and liberals combined.
As far as the overweight drug addict, he has never claimed to be more than an "entertainer", an artist if you will. And as such , the "pain" became too much. My favorite part of his drug issue, is not so much that he did them, it was the felonious way he procured them. Being a dirt ball, drug addicted , felonious and dishonest fat ass has not seemed to have diminished
his popularity with the conservatives, which is really odd, considering the public righteous holier than thou platform they proclaim.
The hypocrisy is blatant, and as such, diminishes any credibility they may have had with the middle. Ah well, you win some
you lose some.

Killed by (a) its corrupt alliance between Wall St and Blackwater and big-oil greed, (b) the indefensible failure to cut spending and pay as you go raised to an art form by Reagan, and (c) the absolutely un-conservative alliance with the corrupt religious right, who reviled gays by day while the Mark Foleys and Preacher Ted Haggards and Larry Craigs and other closet cases in their midst defiled those "family values" by night.

Rush is but one example of hypocrisy, but he's just a voice; at least he's not a preacher or public servant. But, any way you look at it, Americans hate phonies, which is why Carter was elected after Watergate, moralistic Bush after Clinton, and Obama after Bush.

The biggest problem the Republicans now have is that it took all of their factions to construct an electoral majority and, no matter what they do now to rehab themselves, they won't be able to keep all of their base motivated.

I will say I loved his speech at CPAC, if only people would listen to the content of the message, who could find anything wrong with it? Except for a few little jabs at the annointed "One" it was uplifting and inspirational.

Confusing the Constitution with the Bill of Rights - definitely inspiring.

Watching him sweat from all the drugs and fat - definitely uplifting.

Last time I checked it was LEAGAL to be FAT and still critize our nations Leaders. Why no distain for the admitted coke using President?
