I'm thinking about buying a Harman sf-260 . would anyone know how long the burn time with coal and wood would be? 20 degrees, 1500 sq ft. water to air heat exchanger well insulated .

Hi mcgills443,
If you are looking at new Harman SF-260 wood/ coal boilers, The price runs from $3600.-$4300.
The Harman SF- series has very dusty ash collection design. I have a SF- 250 and it uses the same ash pan.
I think a better option is the EFM WCB-24. EFM has great customer sevice. Harman has poor service.
