All this petty squabbling and not one person has been able to say why they feel Obama ISN'T trying to take guns away from the general public. I'd love to not have to spend the money on the gun I'm planning on buying. If I didn't think I was about to lose the ability to do so, I can think of other things I can do with $500.

Any of the flaming liberals want to tell me definitively why I'm wrong? Or would you rather attack my spelling, grammar and punctuation?

As noted by danzig the article can be reproduced however in this special case no matter what the law says I still want them wrapped in quotes with a link. I've edited his article to this effect.

As far as my responsibility just as youtube is not responsible for copyrighted material uploaded by their users neither am I. there is special provisions that exempt service providers such as myself from the actions of those using the service. My responsibility begins and ends with removing such material when I become aware of it. The person who uploaded the material will be the target of any lawsuit.
