i just won a sealed bid for an older 4x4 dump truck with a plow.......87 dodge w350, 360 4bbl, 727 trans, dana 60's......runs real well and the plow and the dump body work.......6 real nice tires, just needs a bunch of rust repair and a new floor in the dump bed and i'll have to build a new gate with a coal chute door

Nice.

I worked at A Dodge dealer in the mid to late 90's so saw a few a these. I hated the slop in the steering wheel on some of the well used ones. If that one has sloppy steering caused buy that weak ass pot coupling on the steering box and you want a upgrade there some options. Other than rebuilding the stock one you can buy a upgrade from Borgeson, or if your mechanically inclined make one like this http://ramchargercentral.com/index.php? ... show;id=30 . I pretty sure I have a few shafts from the newer models still hanging around and some times those bolted right in place, If you want to take a shot at it drop me a PM and I'll see if I still have one in the garage, its yours for the price of shipping. Even if it does not bolt right up you could adapt it to work.

i've always been partial to dodge trucks........my taste in cars may be rwd ford/lincoln/mercury, but i have always preferred mopar trucks. i already have a 95 dakota sport, but put 1000 lbs of coal in it and the back bumper is on the road lol......this is my 5th dodge truck......my first 4wd dodge and my first truck with a plow and a dump body......shame it's not an 89-93 with the cummins diesel, but for 450 bucks i cant complain. :D

Good score, but heads up on the bench seat. Seems like it was designed to inflict pain.

Get some power seats from an older Lincoln, a Cummins ......well, the seats first.
I think 'devil' used those 350's for back torture back in the day. You'll enjoy more independence now.........and the GVW on this truck is NOT 25000 lbs! You can even bring back a load of frozen coal and thaw it in the shop overnight.........
You're stylin' now!! :notworthy: :punk:

9'3" on my Super Duty, I know this because it won't fit in the garage. :)
It depends on the style of mirrors and how they are set, but you might be able to bring it down another 6-8".

That is a nice truck, the price makes it even nicer.

i had a dodge d150 before so i'm used to the torture seat
it was a reilly township truck.....the backup till they got a new truck last yr.....odomoter reads 78,000......i wouldnt doubt if it never rolled over since it rarely ever left the township
it has an 11,000 lb gvwr.......198 bucks a year for tags in pa....eek!
my roomates f250 flatbed has a gvwr of 8200 and i come out of the breaker all the time at 9100 lol
