Lets all agree on one thing the government has gone awry on all fronts and getting worse every day. The stock market crashes every time BO fixes something. Neither party is innocent "evil begets evil" The Constitution is a fixed document we need to reinstate as it was always meant to be and each government limited to what each branch is created to function as and not to usurp each others authority which can only be accomplished by instating honest and moral people. We also need to reeducate WE THE PEOPLE what each branch of our government is responsible to do "UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION" thus eliminate forced socialism by present government.

No, Bill, but, as usual, you completely missed the point: when Lincoln issued it by Executive Order in September 1862, the Emancipation Proclamation was one o'them unconstitutional, socialist, property-depriving acts you just complained about above.

And for more than three years, it was, by your definition, "unconstitutional," because the 13th Amendment to the Constitution wasn't ratified until December 1865 (over 8 months after Lincoln's assassination).

Obviously, slavery was one of problems your original, "fixed" Constitution had completely failed to deal with.

Funny how many of you who are now so worried about our Constitution & morals & honesty ... only managed to voice your concern from the moment of 12:01pm, 1/21/2009 when Barack Obama took over the Presidency of the U.S.
Can you provide a link to any such similar concerns you posted prior to that date & time, in regards to the prior administration? If so, I will gladly read it. If not.....we must view all your political musings as simply the partisan Republican smears they are.

And don't continually compare the "saviour" to bush just because bush did a lot of wrong which has been acknowledged over and over it doesn't give BO the right to trump him over and over again. Name 1 thing that BO did already that didn't tank wall street every day he opens his mouth. Two of his top aides are caught in lie after lie who knows how many more will be discovered. So lets pay mind on whats your guy is doing he's hired numerous dishonest people who don't pay taxes including 1 that stepped down before he even accepted in office and it don't matter if they're demicans or republicrats. Give him a chance to do what destroy our economy wrong is wrong no matter how you guys spin it. I never defended the republicans for their moral stand most are liars and weasels as are the democrats. I take the stand "Love thy neighbor as thyself" and If you don't work when work is available and you are able you don't eat should make you a little more familiar with my personal stand.

Don't really care what you think of my word being true or not I haven't had to retract any of them up to this point. Can you say that I think not!!! So next time you ask for confirmation of a persons stand first you must stabilize your own because your as contrary as they come. I have always shown respect for you but again you have shown nothing but disrespect and contempt to me. You can do the research on that because I need not prove what you are guilty of you've done it here by questioning my morals. What I have posted here says volumes about myself.

As I said several times before you have a belief and opinion that I do not or will agree with. You made a false judgment that your right and I'm wrong and you have yet to prove that your always right. I've seen posts that were locked because of your foolishness. As I said before and I keep repeating your opinion is a minority but if you think if you say something long enough and loud enough people will believe you obviously your wrong again I and many others don't believe you. I you care to take that poll here and throw it out to the members you may get an education on reality. So with your limited knowledge and biased opinion have at it.
