Hyfire 2 retrofit with coal trol

I have a Hyfire 2 purchased from a dealer in 2004. It was a demo model so am not sure of when it was made. It initially had a thermostat that didnt function very well as it was attached to the stove, and the stove being in the basement. I removed the unit and wired it up fro manual operation. Its a great stove but the manual temperature adjust is its only drawback.
Can this stove be configured with the coal trol?
