The law is the law and she was instructed to leave why is she still here. She has the same opportunity as any other immigrant to apply for citizenship why has she not pursued that avenue and if so why is she still here.

From the one link above:

Here’s a bit of what Obama had to say: “Yes, they broke the law. And we should not excuse that. We should require them to pay a fine, learn English, and go to the back of the line for citizenship - behind those who came here legally. But we cannot - and should not - deport 12 million people. ”

That's like an invitation to come here illegally, why bother with having immigration laws if they are not going to be enforced. If we give amnesty to these people as has often been suggested we will be opening the flood gates and will be inundated with illegals.
