Why is this news to anyone? Our enemies stated goal is to wipe us off the face of the earth. The only people who don't seem to recognize this are the sheep and the ostriches - several which are now in charge of our national defense.

I for one have taken the advice to have a family emergency plan in effect to heart. We each have personal 72 hour emergency packs and we are building a year's supply of basic food and supplies. My family knows what to do and where to go in every situation I can envision. They are trained to read a map and know the addresses and phone numbers of the points of contact. We have designated meeting points at 50, 100 and 600 miles depending on the situation. Hopefully, we'll never have to use our plans/supplies for a terrorist attack but they will also be handy in a force evacuation due to weather or some other catastrophe.

Just curious - what have you done to prepare for the unknown of an emergency be it the result of an attack or just an act of nature or a freak accident like a train of HC derailing in your vicinity.

Kudos for being prepared lowfog. I have one plan and it goes like this,"A country boy can survive". I live way out of what most people think of as civilization. But I think I will make some plans for the family members that do not carry guns in their vehicles. It cant hurt to be prepared.

Still relevant???? It sounds like it was written yesterday, just change the names. Nothing has changed in my entire life except we are even further in debt. Probably to far. Thanks for sharing that, I intend to get a copy and spread it around.
