The cold makes sense. In school I remember putting fish in liquid nitrogen, the teacher dropped one and it shattered into a million pieces to prove to us just how frozen it was. He then put another fozen one in a beaker of warm water and after a few minutes the fish started swimming around again. Worked with frogs too, we got in a little trouble with that one. It managed to turn up later in one of the cuter girls blouse. :)

Says no catch and release either. Can't kill them, can't release them after you catch them. Just what are you supposed to do with the fish?
