New Element Discovered

New Element Discovered

Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science. The new element, Governmentium (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.

These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons. Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete.

Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2 - 6 years. It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places.

In fact, Governmentium’s mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes. This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass.

When catalyzed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium, an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons.

Governmentium also has some free-radicals, one of which is Graftonium. It was hoped that another one that would be found, would be Honestonium, but that has yet to be linked to Governmentium.

At what point does the overwhelming number of radical morons cause instability resulting in an unstoppable chain reaction with pure governmentium which is similar to communisium as the result?

I was under the impression that communisium was just a theory and not yet discovered but that could CHANGE at any time. I think I made a funny some where in there.

I gotta admit Richard....Pretty funny!
(thank god "Governmentium" ended 1/20/2009 & a new element called "Intelligentium" has taken its place) ;)

Governmentium only has a half life of 4 years though. At governmentium’s half life the neutron is attacked by free radicals that try to replace it thus initiating a change in the assistant, the deputy and assistant deputy neutrons. In any event if the free radicals are not successful in replacing the original neutron, governmentium will be inert at 8 years and virtually powerless.

This is all assuming that governmentium is not a noble element. If governmentium proves to be noble the half life is unpredictable sometimes carrying on for years. Noble governmentium will only combine with other noble governmentium and as such the element will sometime become unstable. This is usually not a problem as noble governmentium depends on parlementrium for control

That New element
"...Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science..."
Governmentium
No electrons? Then No luminence then and too, incalculably DENSE!

Yep sounds like governmentium of old...but how do we isolate it?

With a high dose of prosicuteinium and then soak it all in realityinium and then it should be ok to dispose of.

I always thought that goverminium was a complex weave of bullshitium mixed with dumbassium.Since last november, there has been a new mix which now includes Awothafuciums :) Scott

Easy big guy...you may get so busy installing the Wind Towers, Solar Heat and Photo Voltaic's, that the anthracite dust & fines fueled Prius will be an non issue. My supply house showed me the latest list of tax credit items today, and even some new hand fired coal boilers from Biasi. 91% efficiency oil boilers (need a new stainless liner, CO2 of 15.3% and stack of 300 degrees). Man am I glad to be able to burn coal. What ever happened to KISS? These idiots were out partying hard when the 'Common Sense" truck was giving out 'free doses!'

Did you go 'island hoppin' yet? How are those ant fines on the blueberry crunch, anyway?
