Mid April and I am still burning at full tilt. The oil burner remains quiet. Looks like I will keep burning for quite some time. 60s this weekend, so stove should back down some. Just not sure when I will shut it down. Looks like early May the way things are going.
Paule: I hope you kept some of the bagged coal you bought this summer for yourself? Did you ever get a 2nd load? How were sales? Any luck finding a stove company that was caught up and willing to sell to ya?
PS: I'm still running my stove too but it mostly idles.
I turned the anthrastat down to 135* Sunday. My guess is I'll be shutting it down near the end of the month. We'll see what mother nature brings. Is there a thread on proper shut down and strorage procedures?
