pa natural gas leases

wedsday have a meeting with the gas people and my lawyer and self..... should i least or not.... they are offering minimum numbers now. i have nice peice of propery along the creek. nice place for a cabin. and the camper i have there now. i rent out 2 houses on this.... this property is 8.7 acres... but is 3/4 mile long may be part of 2 gas drilling quadrants.....
they want to drill soon ... have been calling a agin to get this settled...... neighbors got around 2500 to 63 dollars acre ..
my offer is inbetween...... state min on royalities after there cost....... kinda thinking right now of just saying screw it for
now property may be worth more without lease...... anyone else dealing with this stuff......
