Any NASCAR Fans out there? Who's your favorite driver?

I know I can relate, Feb. 18 2001 was a very sad day for a lot of us. I knew the man well and had many battles with him on the short tracks in the early part of my career! Hated him with a passion back then, love the man now for what he taught me and the friendship that developed later.
Now I cheer for the son of my childhood hero, David Reutimann in the 00. He's a very smart driver and is going to go far! I know for fact he's got some very high powered teams watching him for when his current contract is over. David's Dad, Buzzie and his Uncle Wayne were 2 of my early 'teachers' also. I had a lot of fun the 30 years I was involved in the sport.

I like David too, yes, he will have a good career. Is it me, or over the past couple years, are the rookies coming onboard with a different mind-set? Its no longer Dawg-eat-dawg mentality.
I always enjoyed watching Mark Martin race, because of his calm, cool head. He could still win (and is still winning) without taking out his competition.

Either way, the nextel (Winston) Cup race will be changing. Yep, might as well just give 'em all IROC cars.

Man, what a nice day it was here. 44 in the AM, 74 at noon. I guess Mark M must still have a couple of those little blue pills safely tucked between his cheek and gum........He sure was 'Sportin' Wood' when he crawled out of the drivers seat in the Winners Circle!

Nope, Not yet. But I would not be suprised to see K. Harvick in there soon.
