Just got 5 tons of pea delivered for $280 a ton. Came on pallets and he had a bobcat that would fit into my under the house garage, and put the coal right in where I wanted it. Pallet on to of pallet, about 15 feet from the boiler. A little expensive, but did not have to lift a bag. Central NY area.

Rich.

Who has the sale? I'll be looking for some at the end of the month.

I ordered 4 tons of nut from Arnie & Hitzl for $229 a ton delivered. They added a $60 charge for being so far away (about 30 miles) which is fair. I am always impressed with how nice they are to deal with.My local dealer(Sos Stoves) is $360 a ton for bagged Blashak. He can keep it for that much. Chris

pyma! its Schwartz`s country store & thats 3mi. west of Springboro on Palmer Rd. they have signs up its an Amish store. The sale is their Oct. special. It works out to $297 for a skid if you take the skid rather than ton (no discount) but I figure I can take it easy on the way home, just about all back roads for me.
