I need a little help here with digital pics. :help2:

My dad took some pics with a Sony DSC-W50 camera. For some reason the pics were saved as a multiple image(16) of the same pic.

How can I change these to a single image?? Will I have to crop each image individually ??? :taz:

I've attached a copy of one of them.

Thanks,

Rick

Wow! Sounds like a setting on the camera is incorrect. Time to read the manual :woot:
But that image will make a kewl wallpaper for your computer desktop. :D

You can use irfanview to do a batch crop which will save you some time. Only takes a few seconds to set it up and run. Other than that not much you can do.

This suggeston goes to show how little I know about digital photos. Is it possible that those are movie frames?

Huh, good observation, that is exactly what they are. Look in the lower right of each frame and you can see the train has moved position.

The software for the camera probably has software for reassembling them into a real video. I'm not aware of any standard video formats that sore video like that.

Good catch! Damn, must be nice to have young eyes :eek2:
Yes, they are frames of a movie. They can be reassembled with Microsoft Movie Maker, if the camera software is not available.
