First, you gotta click on the active topics & check out the 500,000+++ views this post has had in HUNDREDS of forums across the world! ( I felt it was my duty to bring it here! )

Then you gotta read quite a ways into it..........then you realize he put the ENERGY DRINK in his bike, NOT the octane booster!! :woot:  :funny: :no2:

Some great stuff here!

We're not as lucky here to have any complete morons on this forum. Coal burners tend to be smarter than the average bear! 8-)

Richard, you need to create a moron ---- think of the advertising possibilities!!  ..................But then you'd probably have server meltdown...

That's funny, this server should be able to handle such an event if it happened here. ;)

Did you see the bottle? to tell you the truth I could see where he might make the mistake. I read some of the posts, he picked it up off the shelf or on the end of the aisle. That stuff is expensive too so that might not set off any bells. As the one poster suggested in that thread if you put that bottle on the shelf next to the oil some schmuck most likely would pick it up and put it in his tank.

There all kinds of idiots running around. When I was working at Advance Auto I asked why four empty bottles of red "Color Wax" were returned as "Defective". Seems the guy was less than pleased with the results. He used all four bottles of RED wax and his car was still BLACK!!!

I think the color would be the first indication that this is NOT octane booster

I laugh at people who put octane booster in, or super at the gas station, expecting to gain horsepower! The fact is, if you don't need the octane (i.e. High compression) then you actually LOSE horsepower.

When we were young, my buddy did a dyno run on his bike & lost 4 rear-wheel HP by using 107 octane race fuel in a slightly modified machine.
