Old cyber coffee aint bad. Just boil it a bit if you have doubts.

I think that is very good advise. It should be easy to do with pex. Anything I repair or do new is pex from this weekend on.

I do have a 30 psi relief on the boiler. I tested the boiler to about 50 psi and it is rated about 90 years ago for 125 psi working pressure. :shock: You could run a steam engine off it after testing it of course.

I have a 150 pressure relief on the indirect. It will blow off on high temp as well. I might be a cracked pot but I'm not insane according to me.

I just checked the temp.....150 and climbing. The love birds are still on the couch. I warned them. There is supposed to be a tempering system in the shower valve but I never tested it.
