I'm the proud owner of a new Harman Magnum Stoker. She's been running fine...but...there is a very annoying CLUNK that is generated every 5 seconds when the pusher arm is pushed into the down position by the cam arm. It sounds as though the clunk is coming from the front part of the pusher arm. I've watched it for hours trying to figure it out. The clunk has got to go!

Any suggestions? Has anyone else suffered this plight?

Mine did the same, if you look back last year sometime. Went away on it's own. No more clunk!!! Lot of good info here on the mag.

I believe the clunk is the fork on the pusher assembly..it rides on the bearing on the reduction box shaft..it hangs for a sec and then drops..making the clunk...

I should go away after a while after the bushing bearing on the assembly works in...there are oil caps on each bearing....maybe you want to add a drop of light machine oil in them

I add a drop or 2 twice during the season....but you need to remove the cover to get to them I think....have not done it this year yet ..I did in spring after cleaning...
