Gad zooks! Where does the time go? I know where this week went. I caught a cold on the fishing trip and have felt like carp all week. But, have had so much work to do I have barely been on the computer. Even now I can't stay. I've got 72 seats to upholster before Monday and they're not getting done while I tell fish stories. I hope you've all had a good week and that this coming week is a good one also.
Coal is still in conversation. Twice this week someone asked me how it worked out this winter, and one of them just bought a Keystoker for this coming winter.

Good morning Freddy, It seems there is never time to do everything. How long does it take to upholster a seat? Now coal related, I am going out to Long Island to pick up 3 tons of black diamonds that somebody does not want anymore. They don't want them so bad that they are willing to give them away for free!!! So I will load up my shovel and buckets and TRY to get one of my kids to help.

Probably not as bad as the one that accidentally got a quarter stick lodged in its mouth on one of our canoeing trips.Freddy wrote: I caught a cold on the fishing trip and have felt like carp all week.
Aaaah, enough with the bad puns, guys! But I bet Freddy has a whale of a tale from his trip. Come on Freddy, ya big bass, get over over it and get back to work!Freddy wrote: I caught a cold on the fishing trip and have felt like carp all week.
Ya no whats worse than getting a nasty cold? Having a 4 year old kid with a nasty cold My daughter woke me up this morning by walking into our room, leaning over my face, then sneezing about a gallon of snot/mucus all over me!

My haul today, 3024 lbs. The bin is full and there's still some in the truck. I'll relight the stoker tomorrow and shut down the oil burner (ran out of coal a few days ago).
Nice Haul! Where did you get it from?Wood'nCoal wrote:My haul today, 3024 lbs. The bin is full and there's still some in the truck. I'll relight the stoker tomorrow and shut down the oil burner (ran out of coal a few days ago

Did you have company along for the ride? Sorry I couldn't go but the honey-do list was too long for comfort after my Missouri trip. That rice eats up the room, eh?!Wood'nCoal wrote:Calvin V. Lenig Coal

Nope, it was a solo run. By the way, it's buck size JC now takes great pleasure in not telling me when I'm supposed to make a turn because he figures I should know where I'm going by now.
