Coal tonnage limits at the mines ?

PostBy: stoker-man On: Thu Jun 11, 2009 7:33 pm

Somewhere, embedded in some thread, I was reading about some places putting daily limits on the amount of coal you could buy, but can't find it anywhere.

Can someone provide a link? Thanks.
