I tried a system restore and rebooting several times. I unplugged all the cables on the tower and waited until the little green light inside went out. Then I pressed the power button for 5 seconds (DELL told me to do this once). I plugged everything back in, started it up and still no internet. I can get everything else including Outlook Express. I'm not to computer savy so any ideas you guys have for me would be great. Thanks.Bob


I tried to do what you guys said with no luck at all. I downloaded IE 8 on my thumb drive and reinstalled it. I think the problem was "add-on buttons". I have a couple of them including Google tool bar. It said that IE 8 would not work well with it and I had to disable it. I didn't do this the first time. Seems to be running fine now. Thanks for the help guys.
