The week of droning noise over my house is annoying at best. But all the folks that come in spend lots and that's good. :D

Better take a jacket! My son is camping in Brule, Wi this weekend and he told me it's going to be in the mid 40's!! Love that global warming.

Visited there in the '80's when I was in the Air Force. Took a C5-A up from Oklahoma for Static Display. Planned to flly there, after I got my own plane built. Then came the family........ and the budget and priorities changed... :cry2:

It's still great to dream of what could have been....or perhaps will when the dust settles in our current economic dilemma.
Have been to the fly-in twice and had great weather, met lots of friendly folks and enjoyed the whole week.
Just over 26 hrs drive for us, and we pounded straight through.
Couldn't stay awake for an all nighter now, but was fun back then.
I know everyone will have fun, and hopefully a safe trip in and out. :D :D :D

Oshkosh is a great destination with wonderful and interesting sightseeing all the ancient and historical museums, old antique buildings and cultural heritage, with the traditional life style. This is a good place to visit and expedite the quest of exploring new horizons and discover the curiousness inside your instinct.
