Ongoing questions about Obama's birth certificate

Jpete, even you should be able to figure out that being handed the worse recession, auto & banking collapse, massive unemployment that hadn't bottomed out yet along with two ongoing wars & a medicare prescription plan all of which were totally unfunded can't all be attributed to the guy that comes into office. Sure we haven't come out of it as fast as many would like but it always takes longer to come out & that's even when your getting help.

I don't blame him for not getting us out. I blame him for not even trying. He's done nothing but continue all the Bush policies and doubled down on a few.

Frankly, at this point, they talk about the "fiscal cliff" as if we haven't already gone over. Not even Ron Paul could sort this mess out. Time to circle the wagons and protect what's yours. The country is going to come apart at the seams.

As I have said before Jpete I have never known anybody so down on their country than you, the impression I get is that if there isn't something in it for you you could care less about it. I don't mean anything personal with that other than it's the impression I get when you make some remarks about a member of the service following an order that they did not agree with.

jpete, I really wish ron Paul would of won this & shown exactly how he was going to do ANY of the things he has been flopping his gums together about doing--I think it would of woke a lot of people up as to what is going on in the real world----that was a real general statement directed at the masses.

The country is bankrupt. You can't deny it. Well, YOU can deny it but that doesn't make me wrong.

As far as my remarks about service members following orders, I'll stand by it. If they took an oath to uphold the Constitution and they are given an order contrary to their oath, what should they do?

Submit a budget with ACTUAL spending cuts rather than smaller increases?

Maybe eliminate departments that fall under the executive branch?

If you so little faith in the word of politicians, why bother to vote? Clearly none of them can be taken seriously.

Have you ever taken an oath to uphold the Constitution Jpete? I will never apologize for my love of the country, it doesn't even come into the equation, I don't believe that I am above everything else in this world & if ever called upon to defend the country once again I would do what ever I could, that's just the way I am. Guess you could call it a love it or leave it kind of guy but If I were totally dissatisfied & disgusted with a country I lived in I would find a way out or die trying rather than bad mouthing the greatest country ever.

Jeff, let me get this out of the way first--this service to Country you & Sam are constantly into--this is not to be critical or anything like it--it just is---you've never been there--it's different. Now, so you're saying RP would do all the things you spoke of here? I think everyone agrees with the need for all of which you've listed--I just don't think RP has the balls to do them--I vote because I take this Country seriously I think Romney would of had a better chance of making the hard cuts and reorganizing we need--In my mind the presidency is not a popularity contest--I've said this so many times, I'm getting sick of hearing myself--BO is our Pres. I will respect that because the people voted him in--I will also, as always, make my voice heard through our local Governor, Senator & Gov. representitives. I stay active in our Town politics as well as our Volunteer Ambulance Corp My thoughts are that these kind of things are what Patriots do. Support their Country any way they/we can.

I'm happy for you. You're a Boy Scout and you've done so many good turns, it's made you dizzy if you think the grandfather of Obamacare is going to make the "hard cuts". Laughable.

Romney flip flopped on whether he'd reappoint Bernanke or if he'd find someone else to continue to drive our dollar to dust. Does that sound like a "hard cut" to you?

Thank you for a straight forward answer to what seems like a simple question.

If you could get your head out of your self absorbed butt & actually read what people/I have written & try to converse instead of constantly condemning this Country & people that have actually had the gonads to make a difference, I think you might understand where some other people stand.Dizzy or not, it has not made me so close minded that I refuse to look at things in a different light. Yes I respect the posistion of POTUS , BO happens to be in that chair. I also respect the Boy Scouts of America for what they do for many a young boy in his quest for manhood. I don't know where you got the--my not liking anybody nor agreeing with them. Some are pretty much just irritating lil knats--but NOT LIKE--nah. Too time consuming. It unfortunatly strikes me that any ideas/thoughts that you haven't come up with seem to be laughable to you-- As for Romney, we'll never know will we.I think PE answered your question for any TRUE Patriot.
