What Did You Declare on your Customs form?

How about some Moon Rocks and Moon dust, like the Apollo 11 crew put on their Customs Form.

I saw this at work last week. Pretty neat isn't it Chris. The new Customs forms are different. I work for Customs and we call it a baggage dek (declaration). Here's a link to what they look like now.
