That's some scary proposition Richard. Is there any place safe to go in this world anymore?

Certainly Scary but if you listen to the interview you should note he indicates they were already well into the first phase and considering the interview was almost 25 years ago the timeline breaks down for the additional phases. What is interesting is what he have somewhat similar circumstances in the present particularly the last stages.

I'm not suggesting this is what is happening and if it were I'd imagine it's on a much smaller scale. I just found it quite interesting how well it matches up with current day events.
