the choice is yours. if you think that you need too then put the gasket in and see what happens. if you don't like the window getting snowed over then remove it. in any case do tell what you find. im planning a mark I for the geerage next year.

Here is a picture I just took today to try to show where
I pushed the gasket material in the top and bottom of the
glass.

Looking to resurrect the old thread here. I just put mangafire elite in and I am having trouble controlling the fire stove is air tight except these slits. My knob is clised and it wont kill the fire just keeps on roarin.

How is the gasket in the door? If your fire keeps roaring with the air inlet closed, air is getting in somewhere.
