It congratulated Bobby for successfully completing the 'Using Public Transport (Unit 1)' assignment.

Its essential curriculum included: 'Walk to the local bus stop. Stand or sit... and wait for the arrival of a public bus. Sit on the bus and observe through the windows.'



This happened in the UK and there is no mention in this story of Booby being mentally handicapped. Sometimes it makes you wonder... Certificate for taking a bus? At age 15 yet? Damn I was riding bus at age 13 and only reason I wasn't riding it before that was because my mother wouldn't let me go that far. What's really funny is his brother gae 13 FAILED the test... WTF.

I call that Liberal Logic. Pretty soon they'll just expect kids to raise themselves, self discipline, do whatever "feels" right to them. There is NO absolute right or wrong.

Our country is headed down the same Liberal nightmare path of Europe. We are becoming an Obamanation.
