What would you do with it? I already have it spent.

I would commission a bus, that's right commission as this would be masterpiece of engineering. Any structural metal would be either stainless or aluminum. The very forward section would be observation deck/dining room/ entertainment room with a substantial kitchen. Of course it would have the high tech goodies like wide screen TV, audio both inside and outside the bus. This middle section of this bus would have one master bedroom myself a few bunks for freinds and family and two nice bathroooms. The rear section would carry all the toys like a few quads, fishing and hunting supplies, camping equipment, tools, large quantities of fuel, water and sewage capacity.

On the outside of the bus we'll have complimentary kitchen, grill etc. Pop out tables etc. All kinds of push button stuff. Just hit the table button on the big giant remote this bus would need. LOL

The trailer this bus would be towing would have one big ass boat, Humvee, canoes kayaks and whatever else I could stuff on it. The top of the bus will double as big deck complete with push button awning.

Once all that was bought on and paid for I'd put about 10 million away for myself then distribute the rest of to my family and hit the road. Destination?.... WHO CARES.... :D If only....

Everything that Richard said, except mine would be a Ship. Around 100 to 200 meters, would be nice, heli-pad on top, wave-runners and skip-a-bouts in back of hull. Cabins to accomidate 100's. built with the latest technology for flying ships, with the wings underwater, extra-large engines to get it up on plain when need be. Gotta outrun those pirates, these days. Speaking of pirates, fortified with the latest in anti-ship armory to disuade the fast ones.
Sail the world! No TAXES!

First thing I would do is change my name so none of my new best friends can find me.

Git rid of my phone,

buy 4 years of service time and retire early,

get a new horse and find some big place with no fences,

Finally, never suffer from another hangover, I could afford to stay drunk!

I think this RV would be nice, only 2.5 Mil, then you could still tow a nice trailer with more junk (Motorcycle, golf cart, etc...).
**Broken Link(s) Removed**and this would be my garage cars....

I'd retire immediatley. I'd send everyone of my coal forum brothers and sisters 5 tons of their favorite flavor coal. I'd buy a house at the beach, a house in the mountains and a farm in the country with a couple hundred acres. I'd buy a new vehicle or five to get to my new houses. Wait a minute! That was $100 million after taxes, right?

I'd buy a mansion on a hill and lots of toys. I would also distribut some of the money to family and friends. I would also hire a personal cook, tennis intructor and take up every hobby under the sun.

nothing, absolutely nothing for the first year or so... I'm happy the way things are and I can't think of anything I need... so then after that I guess I would start finding family members and friends I wanted to help.. and one more thing would definitely claim the money under an assumed name.. don't want to have to fight off all those greedy bastards that would be after the money.

Remember folks money doesn't solve anything.. it makes it more complicated!

Well for starters I would retire...immediately...I mean come on...I like my job but not THAT much. Then I think I'd put in about 50 ton of coal so I'd be set for a while and I could just sit out and look in the bin for hours at a time. I'd also track down and re-buy my first truck and never let her out of my sight again. I think after that I'd pretty much just continue my education. Finish my masters in math and then go for the PhD (although that's a plan anyhow). Then some others just for fun, and spend some time in trade school too. Then it's just grow young with the wife and tinker away...

First I'd sell my money pit without my Godin. Then I'd buy a few acres of woods someplace, build a cozy hut using exclusively weird old architectural salvage and re-install my coal stove. I would then kick back and alternate between reading, hiking, musing, and stove tending. Any extra cash after I was tit's up I'd leave to the dogs, literally. It makes me smile just to think about it...............

p.s.....Hi, I'm a newbie and I thank you all for taking me in :)
