Rough Cut Lumber

Does anyone know of a supplier of four quarter rough cut red oak in NEPA? I have been using a lumber yard in Taylor. Called them today to find out their Saturday hours and was told they are out of stock and not sure if they are going to ever get it in. I'm in the middle of my last big house project and really need to get around another 200 board feet.

Try a sawmill in or around your area there are several in the Pine Grove Ravine & Hegins Area

Wish I had known your needs earlier. I just finished bucking a 40" dia. Red Oak into 2ft rounds, for firewood. The trunk was straight with no branches, for 40Ft. I would hav been happy to sell a piece of it to you

Thanks for the tip. I'm headed there tomorrow morning for more material. They seem like nice people and have quite a bit of different types of wood. I'll be like a kid in a candy shop tomorrow morning.
