Just don't want to be starting the stove up much earlier than that. The Keystoker will Idle down very nice if the temps. decide to head north again before the cold really sets in.

Edit: Oops, sorry guys. I forgot that I was in the NH section. Not yet used to having regional sections.

Monday morning the low in my area got down to 41. The log house is very good at holding heat in it,except when the wind blows real hard then you get a few little drafts. It is going down in the 40's again tonight, but; I'm not thinking about lighting up the Stanley Argand just yet. The Glenwood will be lit probably by the 2 week of October.
It's amazing to me how much elevation effects the temperature. I'm at 1,200 feet and sometimes there it is 7-10 degrees lower up here than down in the valley.
In any case it won't be long now. :D

I am just west of philly and plan on cranking up the koker by mid October. Want to use as little oil as possible. I am ready to go with 5 tons of rice, spare parts and a strong back! :)
