Twofer - getting double duty from my Pocono

Went with LL Pocono and DVC 500 for my leak box house for winter heat. Did not wish to go with the complications of water plumbing, these POH devices are the greatest. In the summer we use a TON of hot water to wash down the performance horses as they get worked hard and that is expensive. Once it gets cold I use very little hot water there. Now I have just woken up to a number of things in installing my LL Pocono without a water coil. It's going to be a snap to move this thing with the powervent. So I could move it to the barn put in an over sized coil which should be specd to get the most of the heat transferred to the water coil - any radiant heat is just waste. I then wish to remove the coil again for the winter. Got the idea of using an old shed to keep the rain out on this board - PEX pipes above ground of course as freezing is not a concern. Is this sound thinking? Where do I get this over sized coil? I have an old superstor (SS) which is doing nothing on one zone of my now redundant multi zone oil CH. From other posts I know how to plumb this.

Twofer I love it - but thoughts?
