Are you using Windows IE? Try another browser if you can, Firefox or Google Chrome.

Is NUM LOCK turned on ? CAP lock? Maybe the password field is being filled with characters other than blank spaces, and you need to clear the field first?

The only reason I'm aware is that you're using the wrong password. Are you absolutely positive you're using the right password?

Type it in manually.

Can it have something to do with loggin in from two different computers from the same IP address?
Can I be logged in twice at the same time?

BTW--I have been typing in manually.

Actually I have no clue but you can be logged in from different browsers on the same machine so you should be able to do it with different computers. Try logging out with other machine... if in the event you can't get back in with neither machine use the contact link at the bottom and I'll get it straightened out.

You can have multiple logons to this site. I do it often. Same PC, multiple windows, different PC, I always get in.
Strange issue, I'm stumped..... :!:

When Im traveling on business I usually always bring my work and personal laptops. What a geek  , but I dont like having my every move watched. Dont know if I would be, but a lot of sites are blocked on our VPN.

I tried everything.

I logged out from my home PC
I requested a new password with NEPA but the system will not allow, says I am already activated.
Went thru my cookies one by one and deleted all associated with NEPA
Went thru McAfee unwanted items and did not see any NEPA
Rebooted
Changed cables, eliminated my switch
Typed password by hand every time
Tried old pw
Tried system generated pw from the other day many times
Was forced to type in wacky codes because of too many attempts
Can access facebook, Advforum, various other stupid sites

Will try tomorrow night from a hotel when I go to VA

You should be able to change password any time, there's two ways to change it.

  • When you're logged in you can go into your control panel and change it.
  • If you have forgotten your password you request a new one with the "I forgot my password". By default that sends a new one via email. I believe you also need to reactivate the account with a link in the email.

yes, I tried that yesterday. I like my pw. I don't want to keep changing it. I don't want to keep adding numbers on to the end of it. I may forget it. I use the same pw for all of my free login stuff. Otherwise, how is one suppose to remember all of those pw's??? if I change one, I may habve to change the other 39 pw's. :D :D :D
