G-20 summit

Pittsburgh is becoming a shut down city, the protesters are already protesting because they won`t be allowed to protest where & how they choose. The Pittsburgh police have already found two 55-gal drums of you know what & water baloons partially filled but not with water. I would imagine that if I were there in any capacity & got hit with anything like that the protest would get ugly real fast.

Know lots of people that work downtown, say it is pretty wild.

Here at the nuke plant, we are prepared for protestors, but not expecting them. We are close enough to the city that they could get big media coverage if they would come here. But they will probably stay in the city.

I haven't seen myself, but have heard of many coast guard gunships on the rivers, many helicopters overhead, alot of armed guard patrolling areas around the city quite a ways away. Also I know there are some pretty cool remote operated vehicles equipped for crowd control ready to respond if needed.

There are more cameras than you can imagine mounted all over the city too. All of the riot fences have several cameras on them for remote monitoring of the area. It's what you don't see that is amazing.
