Does anyone have a Russo CW? Mine has what I think is a baffle (no longer fits in stove) but it looks like a chunk is out of it and it is warped.
Does anyone have a pic and size of the baffle so I can have one made?

I believe it is a 2 CW (Cant read tag). It looks like it is the size of a 2 CW.
I ordered glass and brick from Russo and it cost a fortune. I figure the baffle would be expensive too. The company I work for can easily make a steel baffle if we have the measurements.

That the removable baffle inside the firebox for a 2CW, directs heat forward? 19.5" wide, 6.5" high. There's 2 blocks, 1.125" high and 1/2" square that sit on the shelf behind the firebox. The baffle is removable so You can get a good look at it. Same thing happens every 5 years or so to mine--a chunk in the center burns out and the baffle sags. I usually just hammer out the sag until the baffle is straight and it lasts for another year or so.
A few weeks ago I called Russo in Randolph, MA and found out they aren't making the baffle any more. Eventually I'll get around to having one made.
FWIW, coal last year ran $750 for 2 tons stove, bagged and delivered in S.E. Mass. I get the mica glass from a local glass dealer--I recall it cost $75.

I'm also burning a 2CW. Sounds like you got the answer to your question, but I had to chime in. Recently the glass cracked on the stove while I was attempting to fix the frame that holds it, so I figured that I would call Russo and get the part repaired. My jaw hit the floor when they told me the cost. They wanted $190.00 just for the glass and frame. That was going to be a real big pill to swallow, but they don't make them anymore, and it was the dealer.... what was I supposed to do. I went to craigslist. I was able to find another 2CW for sale. It was in great shape, however the price was now $350.00. Even bigger pill, until I started thinking. The value of all the pieces by themselves far outweighed the cost of the stove. So I bought it. Now I have a complete back up set of everything. Since replacement costs are as high as they are, I didn't think was a bad investment. Not to mention the spare parts are on hand, and I don't need to drive to Randolph Ma, or wait for them to be shipped to me. Just my 2 cents though. Hope everything works out well for ya. Happy holidays.
