Picture Help?

Does anyone know a site to get me thru the basics in understandable language that will get me to put pictures with my posts ? Got a few in the camera from my new keystoker startup and cannot load them onto anywhere.I would really like to do this as simple as possible since I am keyboard challanged,in plain English I stink at it.Any help out there? Thanks ,Mike

You have transferred them to your computer?
