Pocono top vent new this season. Everything works great but on setup now the menu goes degree type, min, max and then CFT and that is set to eight. Where did that come from?

Looks like ou got your question answered, but just in case, CFT is Convection Fan Threshold, meaning the Feed Rate that the convection fan will not run at, as soon as the feed rate increases above this number the fan will start. It's there to prevent the stove from delivering cold air to the room at low feed rates.
