I have a day light basement with a fireplace insert. Most of the living rooms are above thr basement.Having a suspended ceiling in the heat area ,and their is a stairway going to the basement which i think is a good cold air return.?how can i get the heat up into the rooms above? Can i get away with cutting floor vents to tranfer the heat. :)
