Matt and Dave!!!!! I wish you the very best of sucess!!!! It's good to see someone from this forum going into big business supporting something that's so important to us. try to stay the good guy you are known as and don't let the stresses of running a business take it's toll. As a business owner also there is one BIG word of advice I can give you. The customer's satisfaction is what wins you their respect, and their word of mouth. That is the most important thing for a healthy business. Good luck guys! :D :D

Congratulations, Matthaus and David. May your hopes, dreams and hard work be fully rewarded. Also a thank you to Jerry for selling to two great guys. I'm sure they will carry on with excellent products and customer service. If I can help in any way don't hesitate to call.

Great news, Its like it is staying in the family, always said a Leisure Line would be my next purchase, so this will just strengthen that statement.

You will do well.

I hope this doesn't mean the free and excellent customer service you provide for your competitor's stoves will stop... :D :D :D

Seriously though... the best companies in any industry do a great job of promoting the entire industry. This is great for all of of us coal burners.

First of all THANKS a bunch for all the support and great wishes ,it means a great deal to us . One of our policies in never knock a fellow stove company they all have fine products and should be proud of being involved in using American fuel . ( Although ours are better :D :D :D ) But seriously this forum that Richard has started has also been a huge promoter as well . We will always continue the excellent customer service that Jerry has passed on to us . Although I have to say the phone has kicked my butt today, but it felt great helping everyone resolve issues at least I hope I helped  .It was a very overwhelming day to say the least . But knowing all the support of this group of people on this forum makes it a lot easier . Thanks again for the responses .Cheers to the best forum on the internet .   Dave

I have been picking on Matt all day about this but in reality he handled a lot of the paperwork that went into this . Now its my turn to pick up some on my end .( But don't tell him that I am giving him a complement it goes right to his head . SHHHhhh! )

Did some one say Boiler?

Buy a certified vessel as another did and install your fine feed system into it.

There -- we have a new baby :D
