Edit Your NEPA Summer/DST Time format

I noticed I was seeing wrong times for everyone's new posts today. I figured I had to turn off "Summer Time adjustment".
So I went into the "User Control Panel" ,
clicked on the Tab for "Board Preferences",
and then clicked on "Edit Global Settings".
Near the bottom of the page, theres an option for changing "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" from YES to NO. After doing that and clicking on the Submit button on the bottom of that page, all the posts had the correct timestamp now. See attached pic for the correct parm to change.
Strange we don't see our own local Computer Time, but I guess the forum can't pull it.
I think we discussed this last year.
Oh well, just a reminder for everyone, to change their own "Summer Time" parm.

Thanks for the reminder, I usually post one but forgot this time.

phpbb3 does not adjust for daylight savings time automatically but that will change in future releases.

Mr. Mayor,
I made this adjustment. When I'm logged in, the time display is correct. When I'm not logged in, it's still an hour off. Am I doing some wrong?

Fixed that too, thanks for pointing it out as I forgot about that too. The forum has default time by itself if you're not logged in.

Freetown is becomong a seperate Nation & sticking w/ the Amish time wise. Anyone interested can find a book titled "No Word For Time" it's about Native American lifestyle.

Summed up---eat when hungry, sleep when tired, hunt when food cache needs replenishing, go to war when needed--way to complicated I guess.
