Hello fellow Marylanders,

[is that a word?]

Frostburg, MD [western MD]. Allegany County, near Garrett/Allegany line. 20 yr old house, one of only two in the neighborhood buring coal. Coal heat is still very common here, but not so much in newer housing developments. I just removed an small [old] Red Square 5 section cast iron boiler and Iron Fireman Stoker. Hand fired for a few years, then installed stoker.

I bought a Keystoker Kaa2. Working on it now, will be learning about burning anthracite during 2010/11 season.

I live in frederick, md and this is my second year burning coal. I get my coal from ether
superior or shermans coal. They both are good.
