Yes there is. Set up a rule to either delete PMs from a certain member, or to delete PMs from all members in your FOE list. See attached pic....

That only prevents you from seeing topics they post in the forums, it doesn't prevent them from sending you PM's to the best of knowledge.

You can have it automatically delete such messages by setting up a rule under Rules, folders & settings:

http://nepacrossroads.com/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=options

The PM message system here is quite like email, you can set up rules.

When you add someone as friend it shows up as list in Control panel on the left side. If you click the create new PM link you then easily add them as the recipient. The easiest way to add someone as a friend is click their name to get to their profile and click the "Add friend" link.

People do not know if you add them as friend.

Yeah, the FOE list. But this is a rule for PMs, SOOOOOO it should delete PMs coming from anyone on your FOE list.
Heres another Rule that will definately work for PMs....
It will delete PMs coming from a SPECIFIC user, in this example I used Richard S.
Keep in mind, it won't BLOCK PMs from certain users, but it will DELETE PMs from certain users when they arrive in you INBOX.

Should be noted you can't add moderators to your foe list for obvious reasons.

But the "vindictive" side of me would rather have those few know that their dispersions have been "Blocked"
