Attachments missing...

There was a bug regrading attachments if a PM was deleted it would delete any attachments associated with a post that had the same ID so there is most certainly some files missing somewhere.

I do have copies of the files and should be able to restore most if not all of them... puts on big pot of coffee.

This was much less of problem than I anticipated, there was only about 70 that got deleted and they should all be restored.
