I saw the troopers out in force this past weekend handing out tickets. Maybe just the end of the month quota rush but who knows.

To me they are the modern equivalent of the highwayman. They hold you up for your gold at every opportunity to collect taxes for King Richard (Patterson). In other states most of the time I see troopers on the highways they are assisting motorists. In NYS they usually are giving out tickets.
