question about uploading photos

i am trying to upload a few 70KB photos, they should be well within the limits of the site, however i am having trouble? they are jpeg format, perhaps there is a reason why they won't upload??

Works for me, have you added any security software such as a firewall? Does it give you an error? What happens?

sorry, my problem, i thought they were in jpeg format, however for some reason they were in .bmp format, so i changed it, and it works fine, thanks though.

I don't allow .bmp because they are huge...

I have XP set to show file extensions. If you don't you can do so by going to Start>Control Panel>Folder Options .... uncheck "hide extensions for known file types"
