Timer with more on times?

Is there a replacement timer that will run more than 2 times and hour for the DF520? I want to try running it more often with shorter on times to keep it lit.

There are honeywell timers that run every fifteen minutes. I don't remember the number right off hand but similar to the S400.

Intermatic make repeat cycle timer for 15, 30, 60 mins, etc...

Found this on previous post from Stoker-man: C8835 Intermatic timer, available from Grainger, or us.

I use an NCC repeat cycle timer from Allied electronics. Do a search. It is really adjustable from 0-60minutes off and 0-60minutes on. I go off for 45-50minutes and on for 2mins. 45 seconds. It runs about 65-75 dollars.

I think he was referring to: NCC - TMM-0999M-461 - Allied Electronics.

It mounts on an 11 point relay block or on a din rail if you a few other relays to hook up.
I don't think Scott was referring to an self contained relay in a bigger enclosure.
He is the Controls Specialist, and he can't be too far away.....unless he's out in the barn

He could be down at the garage working on the new Nascar A-Dust Powered, Charmin Pampered, Quicker-Picker Upper, Super Chevy for next season. It is also possible he is on the horn with NASA developing the A-dust Outer Space Enabled Well Driller to get that first glass of water from the moon. I know Poland Springs is scouting Scott right now.

Intermatic makes an 8800 series(8835 to 8865) that repeat cycle 5 minutes each tripper 2 1/2 seconds to a 4 hour with each tripper 2 1/2 minutes. Keep adding trippers till you have what time you need. They are a mechanical dial clock face that rotates to contact a mechanical switch. I use 2 , a 4 hour that powers a 5 minute. They show up on ebay for roughly $40 used, but be carefull, I was taken on one with a bad motor ( grainger sells the motors for $18 )

I have been using the Intermatic 8800 series also for the last 20 years. No failures yet, but I do keep a couple spares just in case.

I use the Wilbert timer. It can be adjusted to for every 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

The wilberts are great, but hard to get your hands on. I agree, they are bulletproof. I have two, and can't get my grubby mitts on any more.

Nope, not that one. That one is a 12vdc relay. Try the part number CKK-01800-461 This one only runs for 30 minutes. The real good one is part number CKK-03600-461, it runs for 60 minutes. Yes, 11 pin base, 70 bucks, 10million cycles

I think it's on the internet, under their site. The wire goes to ZR of your aquastat, same as the Wilburt.
